From The CEO/Founder Leola D’Aversa, LPC, CGP
I specialize in helping women navigate anxiety, relationship challenges, and the emotional exhaustion that comes from constantly putting others’ needs before their own. My practice focuses on supporting women who struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, and difficulty establishing healthy boundaries. I utilize various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Our approach recognizes that emotional well-being is connected to the health of the whole person. In addition to traditional therapeutic interventions, we incorporate wellness-based interventions that foster a stronger mind-body connection, promote self-awareness, and encourage clients to reconnect with their physical, emotional, and personal needs.
My goal is to help you make positive, sustainable changes so that you can regain control over your life. Trials and tribulations are unavoidable, but you are resilient and have a beautiful life worth living!
